Because each item is custom-ordered, we do not offer refunds on items purchased unless they are faulty (sorry!) With this in mind, please ensure you order the correct size, a size chart (in inches) is available.

If you are returning a faulty item, we will refund or exchange the item. Where permitted by law, you must pay the return shipping costs.
